Our aim as Commissioning and Validation Managers is to assist this process by becoming an integral part of the overall project management team in order that both statutory and customer requirements can be delivered and the work completed within tight financial and temporal constraints, all in an environment that assures negligible risk.
By being involved at the onset of the project, undertaking detailed design reviews which will help with Value Engineering, identification of problems before they become problems – problems at the commissioning stage of the project are usually expensive in both time and money, tailoring generic documentation (which has been developed over several years, taking into account problems and technical difficulties that have been encountered and their solutions) to the specific need of each new project we are able to manage the commissioning and validation of projects efficiently and economically.
Our commissioning teams are fully qualified and have many years of experience in commissioning and validation of HVAC and other building services installations of all types and size including new hospital projects, major office developments, pharmaceutical and semi conductor plants etc.
As well as having excellent engineering skills our teams are able to confidently prepare and integrate commissioning plans and programmes, quality control procedures and a host of other management tools to ensure that projects are handed over in a fully commissioned state and within the time restraints of the overall project.
Technical Options only employ engineers, managers and sub contractors with proven ability and a long track record within the commissioning industry.
In addition to HVAC Commissioning we are able undertake pipe work cleaning and flushing, site surveys, and diagnostic studies.
